Ebere Ibe is a Professor of Science Education with expertise in pedagogy, curriculum development and design, research design, and the application of information technology in science education. Her scholarship spans Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), with a particular focus on gender studies and mainstreaming. She has published more than 45 articles in reputable international journals, contributes regularly at national and international conferences, and serves on editorial boards as both member and reviewer for several high-impact journals. Professor Ibe is an active member of leading professional bodies, including the Science Teachers’ Association of Nigeria (STAN), the Curriculum Organisation of Nigeria (CON), the International Society of the Learning Sciences (ISLS), and the Organisation for Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD). She has also served as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Bari Aldo Moro, Italy, where she worked on STEM education and gender from a cross-cultural, psychological perspective.
